Bikram Yoga / Bikram 90

Bikram scientifically designed his 90-minute program of 26 postures to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to promote wellness, prevent injury, and limit the effects of aging.  The practice is in a heated and humid room which helps to warm the body and allows for deeper and safer stretching. The heat also prevents injuries and rids your body of toxins while relieving stress and tension. (1:30 hr)

Smart 60

Moving through the traditional series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises at a heart-pounding clip over an hour, the SMART60 class is perfect for skilled and seasoned students looking to supplement their regular Bikram 90 classes.  This format is an intermediate-level series, students who are familiar with the original 90-minute session are welcome. We recommend Bikram beginners become well acquainted with the traditional 90-minute practice prior to taking a SMART 60 class. (1 hour)

Body Core

Discover your strength, improve your core. Body Core is performed on a yoga mat and is designed to complement your yoga practice and all other forms of exercise. (1 hour)

Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous flow series of postures linked with movement that will open and cleanse your body, enhance your strength, balance and coordination in a flowing practice. Great for all levels!  Feel freedom through expression, along with deeper compressions targeting fascia, tendons & joints. 60 minutes, 90 degrees! Rubber mats are recommended. (1:00-1:15 hr)

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time ranging from 45 seconds to two minutes. This applies moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the goal of increasing circulation within joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga that seeks to cultivate awareness of inner peace. (1:15 hour)

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates (HP) and Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) combines Pilate’s principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The result is an intense, low impact, full body workout to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health for all fitness levels. HP is performed on a yoga mat and  is designed to complement your yoga practice and all other forms of exercise. (1 hour)

Hatha Flow 

A medium intensity, multi style class to deepen your practice.  Students will be safely guided into more challenging flows, arm balances and inversions, includes breath work and meditation.  Appropriate for advanced beginners and intermediate students.  ( Fridays 6 pm 1:15 hr).
